You will be managing a Service of 80 (with 4 direct reports), covering:
- Housing Advice & Homelessness
- Temporary Accommodation
- Reviews and Service Improvement
- Rough Sleeping
The Council themselves are extremely ambitious and have heavily invested in hiring specialist interim leadership. While last year's TA overspend was a huge struggle, this has now reduced significantly, allowing time to focus on Prevention and Service Improvement!
