Housing Consultant - Allocations & Lettings
Park Avenue are working with a Unitary Council, looking for a Housing Consultant to review their Allocations & Lettings functions!
The role works with their Strategic Director (whose remit includes Housing and Environment) and Service Director for Housing.
The Council have of ~18.5K properties. Key challenges include improving void turnaround times, implementing system changes, and navigating a politically complex environment. A significant responsibility includes empowering their Head of Service!
