Housing Options Officer

South East, Home Counties, East Anglia Contract £30 Per Hour

I am working with a local authority within Essex, and they are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team.

You will provide a front-line, customer focused service to individuals and families experiencing housing difficulties. You will undertake investigations to determine the Council’s duties under Part 7 Housing Act 1996, as amended, and ensure statutory obligations are carried out.

Having recently placed a Housing Options Officer onto this team, I can assure you that you’ll be well looked after over there.

You will be required to attend the office 5 days a week for the first number of weeks for a bit of onboarding, followed by 2/3 days in the office weekly.

£30 p/h

3-month contract
