INTERIM ASSET DISPOSALS SURVEYOR
ESSEX
Park Avenue are pleased to be partnered with a Local Authority in Essex who require an Interim Asset Disposals Surveyor on a 3-month rolling contract.
You'll be joining the small but dynamic team, working with private sector agents to dispose of mixed-use assets, including retail parades in council estates, children's day centres, libraries, industrial warehouses and land.
They're looking for a strong strategic asset manager who has Local Authority experience in managing disposals. Demonstrating a strong background in stakeholder engagement and relationship building will assist in your application.
The Council work on a hybrid basis, with you in the offices 2-3 days per week. You'll be required to visit sites/assets and meet existing tenants. Access to a car is recommended.
