I am working with a London Borough who are seeking an Assistant Director for Regeneration to lead major housing and mixed-use development schemes. Reporting to the Director of Place, you will ensure the successful delivery of key regeneration projects.

Here is what they are looking for…

• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.

• Project Delivery:
  • Oversee planning, design, and implementation of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Policy and Strategy:
  • Contribute to regeneration policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with planning policies and sustainability goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with residents and community groups, ensuring their input is considered.
  • Represent the Borough at public meetings and industry events.

Local  Authority experience is required for this role, preferably with another London Borough.

Professional qualifications (e.g., RTPI, RICS) desirable.
