Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a Local Authority in Essex who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor. You will be responsible for the Council’s Investment portfolio, and will be required to deal with Landlord & Tenant issues – rent reviews/lease renewals, service charges, boundary disputes, rent collection etc.
The Council offer hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected in the office 2 days per week and able to work remotely for the remaining 3 days.
MRICS qualification is essential for this role, as is previous experience of working for Local Authorities.
