My Local Authority client is currently looking for an Interim Head of Property on a 3-month initial contract.
They are looking for someone who can oversee both the Asset Management and FM teams.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Deputy Chief Executive, and will be responsible for managing the output of Asset Management and Facilities Management teams.
Previous experience of managing teams within a Local Authority is essential for this position.
Direct Reports:
- Asset Management – 4 x Interim Asset Managers, 2x Admin Assistants, 1x Graduate Surveyor, 1 x Building Surveyor.
- Facilities Management – 1x Principal Maintenance Surveyor, 2x Maintenance Surveyors, several caretakers.
The Council offer hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected in the office 2 days per week, and able to work remotely for the other 3 days.
