My Local Authority client is looking for an Interim Principal Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 12-month term.
Reporting into the Asset and Valuation Manager and with the Regeneration Manager, you will:
- Cover all aspects of estate management of the Councils property assets,
- Provide advice and support to internal Council services on any property related issues
- Coordinate and implement the Councils strategic land acquisitions and disposal programme
- Provide support for financial planning and data to be included as part of the Councils accounts
- Provide property related support for the delivery of the Councils major projects with colleagues in Regeneration Team
- Contract management of appointed external property advisers supporting the Regeneration and Asset Management Team
The council work on a hybrid basis, requiring you in the office 1-2 days per week.
