INTERIM SENIOR SURVEYOR
SUFFOLK
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Suffolk who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
The role will require you to focus on the Estates and Asset Management function in the team, reporting to the Interim Head of Property, who is responsible for Estates and FM. You’ll support the team by being an experienced and knowledgeable Surveyor, who is a member of RICS.
The portfolio is made up of Head Office premises, important income producing assets, landmark buildings across the Borough, retail parades, industrial unit, development land and growth opportunities and miscellaneous land and assets including Churches, the River Orwell and woodland.
Your contract would be an initial 6 months, with the potential for an extension. You can work on a hybrid basis, being in the offices 2 days per week in the first instance, and then once you know the team and assets, you can WFH more.
This role requires previous public sector experience and MRICS.
