I am working with an Essex-based Local Authority who require an experienced Enforcement Officer to join the team.
This position will be focusing on investigating Complex Planning breaches, preparing delegated reports plus serving site notices.
They require someone to come in on an initial six-month contract which has scope for extension and is paying up to £45 per hour with the opportunity to be inside or outside IR35.
You will be required to be in the local area on a fortnightly basis as a minimum.
They are looking for someone to start in July and interview ASAP.
