My Local Authority client is currently looking for a Property Team Leader on a Temp-to-Perm basis.
This would be an initial 3-month contract, with a view to going permanent at the end of the contract. The permanent salary would be £50,000 per annum.
This role would require you to manage the Council’s Investment and Operational portfolios, dealing with both complex and day-to-day leasing issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; rent reviews/lease renewals, service charges, rent collection, boundary disputes, ratings.
You would also be responsible for managing a small team, primarily made up of admin staff and junior surveyors.
The Council outsources the majority of their FM services, so you would be required to instruct and oversee external maintenances surveyors where required.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, so you will be required in the office 3 days per week, and be able to work remotely for 2 days.
