Senior Planning Officer (Development Management)
I am working with an Essex-based Local Authority who require a Senior Planning Officer to join the team.
Park Avenue work closely with this Council and have provided numerous contractors across the Planning, Housing & Property divisions.
This position will be working on applications that vary from Householder to Small-Major applications which will typically be Residential, Greenbelt & Commercial.
Office presence is very flexible, as a minimum you would be required to be in the local area fortnightly to carry out site visits. Some contractors have been fully remote when working here before!
This position would begin as a six-month contract and has scope for extension, they are offering up to £50 per hour inside IR35.
