INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHWEST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month basis.
This role will see you cover general landlord and tenant duties, including rent reviews, lease renewals, easements, service charges etc. There's a separate development team for disposals (get planning agreed prior to sale). You'll work across the whole portfolio, specifically on schools, nurseries, allotments, retail parades, and a small industrial site.
- 2 days per week in office/on site.
- Access to a car required.
- MRICS required.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
