INTERIM PROGRAMME & STRATEGY LEAD

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Corporate Lead for Programmes and Strategies. Responsible for 4 direct reports, and overseeing the following projects:
- Setting up a trading company
- Review of leisure services
- Delivery on new homes programme
- Supporting procurement of new IT system
Specific knowledge in each directorate is not essential. Experience in managing programmes and projects is essential.
Contract:
- £550 per day Outside IR35
- Minimum 3 month contract, likely to be 6 months.
- Office attendance 2 days per week, can be flexible if required.
- You'll need to be at the in-person monthly SLT meeting, and there's an in-person project meeting once a month too.
- Start date - ASAP
