INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
This role is likely to be an initial 3 month contract. Your main priority will be asset management - L&T, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, wayleaves, easements and service charges. You'll be covering BAU whilst the team gear up for LGR!
You'll be working from the office/visiting sites 3 days per week, with you working with your colleagues, and your tenants on a regular basis. They're happy for you to work remotely 2 days per week.
Ideally, we need you to be MRICS and you must have previous Local Authority experience.
