I'm currently working with a well-regarded local authority that is looking to appoint a Planning Development Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive council environment and play a key leadership role in delivering a diverse range of development projects.
Planning Development Manager: This role will focus on leading and managing the Development Management team, overseeing the processing of planning applications and supporting the enforcement function. You will lead a team of planning professionals while ensuring statutory planning services remain efficient and high-performing. You will also play a key role representing the Council at meetings and acting as a primary contact for stakeholder engagement.
Contract Details:
- Contract Length: 24 months
- Rate: £60 - £65 p/h
- Working Policy: Hybrid

- Major regeneration and growth programmes
- Large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
- Opportunity to contribute to long-term strategic planning objectives
