Interim Property Data Specialist

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who're looking for a Property Data Specialist who can join on an initial 3-month contract.
This role will see you recording and capturing data on their asset management system, recovering and reviewing leases, data analysis and reporting, and managing data quality improvement programmes and liaising with IT departments to ensure the property information is operationally sound.
You'll work alongside the team of Estates Surveyors and Asset Managers, reporting into the Head of Service. They have a strong team dynamic, and wold love to see you in the office on the odd occasion for team meetings. You'll also need to build strong relationships with other departments who you'll have communication with.
- Access to a car is not essential, but it is recommended.
- Formal qualifications are desirable, but experience with property data systems (eg Civica, MRI, Argus, Concerto) is essential.
