About Olivia
Olivia is Park Avenue’s Talent Acquisition and Culture Lead, focusing on finding brilliant people to join the team and ensuring Park Avenue is a great place to work. She leads our internal hiring, identifying future recruitment stars and making sure they’re the right fit for both our culture and the role.
She also plays a big part in shaping our company culture, whether that’s planning sales incentives, organising team socials, or coming up with ideas to keep everyone motivated and connected. If there’s something fun happening in the office, Olivia’s usually behind it.
Originally from the South Coast, Olivia has come to love the fast-paced city life and exploring. In her spare time, she goes on adventures with her Hungarian Vizsla, Elvis, and is also a lover of good food. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and pubs around the city (usually based on TikTok recommendations!).
