About Olivia
Olivia is part of the Operations Team at Park Avenue Recruitment, enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting the entire team. She works alongside Daisy to collect and securely handle all of our contractor's compliance, ensuring we are fully compliant at all times, as well as keeping our office organised and running smoothly. Olivia also loves getting involved in the planning of all of Park Avenue's fun events, from Achiever's lunches to End of Quarter parties!
A standout aspect of Olivia’s role is her involvement in Park Avenue's internal hiring. She plays a pivotal role in identifying, screening, and recruiting the next generation of talent to join us during this thrilling period of growth. Olivia’s keen eye for potential and her thorough screening process ensure that we bring on board individuals who not only meet our professional standards but also align with our company’s values and culture.
Originally from the South Coast, Olivia has come to love the fast-paced city life and exploring. In her spare time, she goes on adventures with her Hungarian Vizsla, Elvis, and is also a lover of good food. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and pubs around the city (usually based on TikTok recommendations!).
