We connect the best talent in these industries with local authorities and housing associations who are under-resourced, to deliver place-changing projects for these communities and residents.
Our General Practice Consultants recruit roles such as:

- Head of Property and Asset Management
- Executive and Corporate Asset Management
To step into any of the above positions, you should be Chartered with RICS. Roles are available in both the public and private sectors; the private sector has a focus on commercial and investment assets and Local Authorities usually own a mixed-bag of assets; typically commercial, operational, investment, leisure, retail, rural/agricultural.
We support Local Authorities nationwide at all levels and have assisted Property Consultancies.
