Estates and Asset Surveyors
Property Managers and Strategic Asset Managers
Head of Property and Asset Management
Executive and Corporate Asset Management

To step into any of the above positions, you should be Chartered with RICS. Roles are available in both the public and private sectors; the private sector has a focus on commercial and investment assets and Local Authorities usually own a mixed-bag of assets; typically commercial, operational, investment, leisure, retail, rural/agricultural.

We support Local Authorities nationwide at all levels and have assisted Property Consultancies.
