I am working with a Local Authority in Oxfordshire, who are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team for 3 months.
You will be joining a small team, managing a low caseload, with the majority of the week conducting main duty.
You MUST have prior experience in:
- Writing S184 decision letters and PHPs
- Part 7 of The Housing Act 1996 and The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
- Confidently managing your own caseload
- Making informed and detailed Main Duty decisions
