Housing Reviews Officer
Park Avenue are working with a Sussex-based Local Authority, who are looking for a Reviews Officer to join their team for a short-term contract on a fully remote basis.
This contract will involve clearing their backlog of S202 Reviews and completing a few s184 decision letters in their backlog.
Having worked with this Council before, I know that they are great, small team to work for. I have only received positive feedback about this Local Authority!
You will also need knowledge of Part 7 of The Housing Act 1996 and The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
Most importantly, you MUST have prior experience completing S202 Reviews and S184 decisions.
