My Local Authority client is looking for an Interim Asset Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month assignment
You will be working on the council's investment portfolio, which is of a sizeable value. This will be anything from coordinating/managing agents and tenants, service charges, as well as other asset management duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make the move into the public sector, or someone looking to get their teeth stuck into an asset management project.
The manager is looking to review applications this week with a view to interview next week.
