INTERIM SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR - LONDON
Park Avenue is delighted to be supporting a Local Authority in London who is looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join the team.
Contract: 3-month initial term (with potential to extend)
Rate: £400 - £449 per day (Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office. 3 days remote.
- The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a investment property portfolio, undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, lettings, wayleaves etc.
Essential Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- Proven Local Authority experience
