Interim Data Expert - Property System Migration
Rate: £425-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract length: 3-months
Start: Early November 2025
A large estates team within a local authority are seeking an experienced interim data expert to support their software transition.
You'll lead the extraction, audit, and formatting of data into the new software's templates, and support the upload into the new system. During the interim period, the team will operate using Excel, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential to avoid data loss or missed deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Strong data migration and transformation experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Property systems knowledge
- Available 1 / 2 days per week in office
