INTERIM DISPOSALS SURVEYOR
SOUTHWEST
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southwest who require an Interim Disposals Surveyor for an initial 9 month contract. This role will see you focusing on their land and asset disposals across the region, meeting with key stakeholders and acting as representative for the Council with Town & Parish Councils. Assets will be low-value but will hold significant cultural/heritage value to the T&P Councils. Land being sold has previously been recommended for development opportunities/projects.
This role is hybrid - you're expected in the office/on site twice a week, with flexibility now and again for adhoc inspections.
Experience in a Local Authority is essential, however being Chartered is not. Access to a car is essential.
