Interim Estates Coordinator

Other Contract £300 - £350 Per Day

A Local Authority Client of mine is looking for an experienced professional to support a major property and asset data transformation programme.

This role will focus on managing, validating, and integrating lease, asset, and billing data within a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Review lease agreements and extract key commercial and financial information
  • Validate and reconcile billing data against lease terms
  • Maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the IWMS
  • Analyse and cross-reference data across multiple systems
  • Liaise with finance, billing, and asset teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support data governance, reporting, and process improvement

We're Looking For

Candidates with experience in:

  • Lease administration or property data management
  • Billing reconciliation and data validation
  • IWMS / CAFM / asset management systems
  • Data analysis and stakeholder engagement

Rate: £300 - £350 per day (inside IR35)

Office attendance: 1 day per week

Contract length: Initial 3 month contract
