Park Avenue are pleased to announce that we are currently working on all new position for someone with a broad range of experience in property looking for their next challenge in a Local Authority setting.
Our client, based in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Mixed Estates Manager to come in and oversee both rural and commercial portfolio on an interim basis.
Contract Length - 3-month initial contract (potential for extension)
Day Rate - £450+ a day, DOE, (inside IE35)
Working Arrangements - 2 days a week in the office to start with then, 1-2 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic management of both commercial and rural property portfolios.
- Providing professional advice on day-to-day property and asset management matters.
- Overseeing annual asset valuations.
- Developing and implementing asset management policies, including meanwhile use strategies.
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including tenants, contractors, community groups and internal departments.
About You:
- Local Authority experience or public sector experience.
- Experience in working on rural portfolios essential.
- MRICS preferred.
