INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
HAMPSHIRE
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Hampshire who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will see you manage a mixed range of assets, including offices, retail units as well as industrial warehouses. Your focus will be negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant negotiations, and new lettings. Increasing stakeholder engagement and building relationships with existing and new tenants is required, so if you have experience, highlight it on your CV!
This is a hybrid role, with you in the offices 2-3 days per week. We recommend use of a car, as the portfolio is spread across the whole borough.
- MRICS is essential.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
