Park Avenue is pleased to announce that we are partnering with a Public Sector organisation in the Midlands that is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join their team.
Role: Interim Estates Surveyor
Contract Length: 6 months (initially)
Day Rate: £425-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
Working Arrangements: 1-2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days remote
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing landlord and tenant matters
* Undertaking lease negotiations
* Identifying, appraising, negotiating, and managing the acquisition or disposal of land and buildings
* Proactively managing rent arrears
* Handling service charge matters
Requirements:
* Public sector experience is desirable
* MRICS qualification is desirable
