INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.
This role will cover landlord and tenant negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, wayleaves and providing general property advice to other departments in the Council (including legal, regeneration and finance).
The assets you'll work on include industrial warehouses/units, small retail premises, offices, and business centres (along with other miscellaneous properties).
This role requires you to be MRICS and have previous Local Authority experience.
You'll be in the office/on site 2-3 days per week, ideally Tues-Thurs so you can attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
