A recognised authority based in Cambridgeshire is looking for a property professional to join their team on an interim basis.
The Role:
Contract Length: 3-6 months (with the potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £400 - £475 per day (DOE) Inside IR35
Working Arrangements: You will be required to attend the office 1/2 days per week
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Landlord and Tenant.
- Rent Reviews & Lease renewals.
- Acquisitions and Disposals.
- You will be working on a largely commercial portfolio of assets consisting of retail units, office spaces and industrial units.
