Interim Estates Surveyor
Contract: 3-6 months (initial)
Rate: Up to £450 per day (DOE)
Start: ASAP
Location: North West (Flexible / Hybrid)
We are seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to join a local authority in the North West on an initial 3-6 month contract, with the likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and progressing rent reviews, including negotiation and completion
Turning out rent reviews
General estates management across the portfolio
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in rent reviews
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage matters independently
MRICS preferred (or working towards with strong relevant experience)
An understanding of arbitration processes would be beneficial
Ability to hit the ground running in an interim role
Additional Information:
Interviews will be taking place next week with the hiring manager
Immediate availability or short notice period strongly preferred
This role would suit an experienced estates surveyor looking for a short-term assignment with a competitive day rate and potential for extension.
