My Local Authority client is seeking an experienced MRICS-qualified Estates Surveyor to focus on rent reviews and landlord & tenant work.
They require someone who can turn out a high volume of rent reviews efficiently and to a strong professional standard, managing a busy caseload with confidence and accuracy.
Contract Details:
£450 per day
6-month initial contract
2 days per week in the office, remainder working from home
Essential:
MRICS qualified
Strong experience in rent reviews and landlord & tenant matters
Desirable:
Registered Valuer status
Local Authority experience
