INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR - SUFFOLK
Park Avenue is delighted to be supporting a Local Authority in Suffolk with the appointment of an Interim Estates Surveyor.
Contract: 3-month initial term (with potential to extend)
Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: Office attendance required once a fortnight
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a commercial property portfolio, undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, lettings, service charges and disposals.
Essential Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- Proven Local Authority experience
