Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire who are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis.
The Contract
- Initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension
- £400 per day (Inside IR35)
- 1-2 days per week in the office, with the remainder working remotely
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio of mixed assets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant negotiations, and valuations across the estate.
About You
- MRICS qualified
- Public or private sector experience welcomed
- Available to start as soon as possible
