INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
LONDON
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Estates Surveyor for an initial 3 month contract (could have potential for extension).
This role will see you working through their commercial estate (approx. 120 assets), focusing on rent reviews, and lease renewals. You'll support the strategy team in delivering cost savings, and income generation through general estates management tasks.
You can work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office each week, and the remaining 3 days remote. Local Authority experience is required for this position, and being Chartered with RICS is desirable.
