Contract Details:
* 3-month initial contract (with potential to extend)
* £400 per day (Inside IR35)
* Site visits required, with office attendance on an ad-hoc basis
The Role:
* Estates management, including rent reviews and lease renewals
* Landlord & tenant matters
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, helping to tackle a backlog across a varied portfolio of assets.
