My client based near Buckinghamshire is currently seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their property team.
Contract Details
- £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
* Initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension
* Hybrid working - 1/2 days per week in the office
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of estate management activities, including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* New lettings and lease negotiations
* Service charges
* General estate management across the council's property portfolio
About You
- MRICS qualified
* Previous local authority estates experience is essential
