Interim Estates Surveyor - Essex
Park Avenue is delighted to be working with one of our valued local authority clients in Essex, who are looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their welcoming and supportive team.
Contract Details:
- £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35)
- 3 days per week in the office (council policy)
- Initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- General estates management across a varied commercial portfolio
