Interim Estates Surveyor - Hertfordshire
Park Avenue Recruitment is pleased to be working with a long-standing client in Hertfordshire who is looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team in the coming weeks.
The client is particularly looking for someone with strong experience in rent reviews and lease renewals to help tackle an existing backlog. You'll also need to be confident managing landlord and tenant relationships and comfortable handling a varied estates workload.
Contract Details:
£450 per day, Inside IR35
3-month initial contract
2 days per week in the office
The Role:
Rent reviews
Lease renewals
Landlord & Tenant matters
Lease regears
Other ad-hoc estates management work
About You:
Previous local authority experience is essential
Strong experience in rent reviews and lease renewals
Personable and confident managing stakeholder relationships
Available to start ASAP
