Park Avenue is pleased to be working with a local authority in Cambridgeshire that is looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to support the team with current backlogs and wider estates workload.
Contract Details:
3-6 month initial contract
£400-£450 per day, Inside IR35
2 days per week in the office
The Role:
You'll be managing a varied property portfolio, taking the lead on lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, acquisitions and disposals, while building strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders and external partners.
About You:
Previous Local Authority experience
MRICS preferred, but not essential
Available to start at short notice
