Park Avenue is pleased to be working with a local authority in Oxfordshire that is looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team.
The Contract:
3-month initial contract
£450 per day, Inside IR35
2 days per week in the office
The Role:
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Landlord & Tenant matters
Valuations
Disposals and acquisitions
Wider ad hoc estates management work
About You:
Previous Local Authority experience
MRICS preferred
