Park Avenue Recruitment is pleased to be working in partnership with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estates Surveyor to support the management of a varied commercial property portfolio, taking ownership of a range of landlord and tenant matters and wider estate management responsibilities.
The Contract
Day Rate: £450-£500 per day
Contract Length: Initial 3-6 months
Location: Midlands
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office
The Role
You will support the effective management of a commercial property portfolio, with responsibilities including:
Conducting rent reviews and negotiating lease renewals.
Managing landlord and tenant matters.
Supporting lettings and lease transactions.
Managing and reviewing service charges.
Providing wider commercial estates management support across the portfolio.
