INTERIM JUNIOR SURVEYOR
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who require an Interim Junior Surveyor to join their Property department.
The Council own approximately 1000 assets, consisting of offices, public amenities, beach huts and commercial lettings. Your day-to-day responsibilities would be completing asset risk assessments, ensuring statutory compliance across all areas of the portfolio, and support the team in adoption of a new asset management system, Civica. A more detailed job brief is available upon request.
They work on a hybrid basis, where you can work from home or the office. They ask that you attend site inspections regularly. Access to a car is required.
This role does not require you to have previous Local Authority experience, or to be Chartered with RICS. You do need relevant and recent experience with commercial property.
