Interim Principal Estates Surveyor

Park Avenue are pleased to be working closely with a council in the Cambridgeshire area.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Interim Principal Estates Surveyor to join the team on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Contract Details:

• £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
• 3-month initial contract
• 1-2 days per week in the office (2 preferred)

The Role:

• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Disposals and acquisitions
• Managing external agents undertaking asset valuations
• Supporting with broader estates management duties as required

About You:

• Proven public sector/local authority experience with the ability to hit the ground running
• Available to start within the next 2 - 4 weeks (earlier start preferred)
