INTERIM SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR
LONDON
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor.
- Responsibilities will be diverse, but the primary role will be to reduce the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals, along with supporting the graduate Surveyors in the team to progress with their caseloads.
- The portfolio is mixed, with commercial and operational assets being the priority. Residential assets are not included.
- £425-450 per day inside IR35
- 3-6 months initially
- 2 days per week in office/on site.
- Reporting to Head of Property. Line manager for 2x Surveyors.
