Interim Senior Estates Surveyor

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a local authority in Essex who are looking to appoint an Interim Estates Surveyor - this is their first hire of this kind in nearly 4 years!

Contract Details:
* 3-month initial contract (with potential for extension)
* £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
* 2 days per week in the office

The Role:
* Lease negotiations
* General estates management (rent reviews, landlord & tenant work, etc.)
* Disposals and acquisitions

About You:
* MRICS preferred
* Local authority or public sector experience beneficial
* Available to start within 1-2 weeks
* Interviews taking place from 7th April on wards
