Location: East Anglia
Day Rate: £450-£550 per day, Inside IR35
Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential for extension
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with 2 days per week in the office
The Opportunity:
Park Avenue is working in partnership with a valued client in East Anglia to recruit an experienced Interim Valuations Surveyor to support their property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor to join an established team and play a key role in delivering asset valuations across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake asset valuations across a commercial property portfolio, including industrial, office and retail assets.
Support the wider valuations function in delivering accurate and timely valuation work.
Provide professional valuation expertise to support the management of the client's commercial property assets.
About You:
MRICS qualified.
RICS Registered Valuer.
Proven experience undertaking commercial property valuations.
Able to work independently and make an immediate contribution to an established team.
Available to start at short notice.
