My Local Authority client is looking for an Interim Project Manager to join them for an initial 3-month period.
The Council have a huge push for new homes to be developed in the area, with several projects currently going through planning (400 units).
They are looking for someone to assist with the onsite delivery for these units. You'd be working closely with the Council and the developer to oversee the affordable housing.
You would be required in the office/on site for 3 days per week.
This is a great opportunity to work with a cracking team of individuals, all work cohesively together to ensure they see results. There is also opportunity for longevity in this role should you wish for there to be.
