Planning Officer
Surrey | 6 Month Contract minimum
A Surrey-based Local Authority is looking for a Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on an initial 6-month contract (with strong potential to extend to 12 months).
This role offers a manageable caseload focused primarily on householder and minor applications, providing additional support to the team while Senior Planners focus on larger, more complex major schemes.
Role details:
- Initial 6-month contract (likely extension)
- 2 days per week in the office
- Will consider part time of full time (one day a week in office if PT)
- Caseload mainly householder and minor applications
- £40 per hour
